Florida-based sculptor and painter, Oleg Kulyk was born in Bolekhiv, Ukraine. He immigrated to the United States in 1999 and moved to Naples, FL from Detroit, MI in 2005. He is a graduate of the Lviv State University of Physical Culture. His colorfully patterned, large scale, epoxy resin, pigment and wood installations are in private and corporate collections including, most recently a Sarasota Medical Clinic. Kulyk has been represented in Chicago, New York City, Miami, Sarasota, and currently Naples FL. Kulyk was a wrestling coach and a musician in college and later restored antiques before beginning his visual art studio practice fulltime.
